Easy Projects, the leading provider of work and project management software, has an open position for a Product Manager.

The Gist:
As a Product Manager you will have the complete ownership of the Easy Projects roadmap. You will be collaborating with the development, UX, customer success, sales and marketing teams, as well as prospects and customers to make Easy Projects the best work and project management software on the market.
Responsibilities

Develop, manage and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and product vision;

Manage enhancement requests and feature prioritization;

Gather and produce market, customer, technology, and competitive research to identify product enhancements and new opportunities for innovation;

Produce and maintain specifications: define user stories and use cases, business logic and design mockups;

Validate ideas and solutions with customers, prospects, customer success and sales teams;
-
Work with engineers and designers to implement and iterate quickly;

Define and analyze metrics and track performance of new features and their effect on key product metrics.
Requirements
-
Fluent English;
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, leading an agile team, with a deep understanding of what it takes to design, build, and launch a B2B SaaS product;

Experience participating in an agile development and rapid prototyping process;

Deep understanding of how to conduct customer discovery and use that knowledge to develop a strategic roadmap that aligns to the company’s business goals;

Proven successful experience with cross-functional collaboration: someone comfortable working with designers, developers, testers, marketing, sales, customer success, prospects and customers;

Being able to tell good UI/UX from bad;

Proven ability to execute against defined roadmap and deadlines;

You’re an effective and strong communicator, both written and verbal;

You have executed a product build end-to-end; from discovery through to launch.

You have used data and customer feedback to successfully iterate on a product.
