Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run various client acquisition strategies to attract leads, interested for the company
  • Coordinate Market Research Team efforts to research organizations and individuals to find new directions and opportunities for business development
  • Create and maintain team’s communication plans and scenarios to promote the company’s services and offerings
  • Analyze, differentiate and convert customers from hot prospects
  • Effectively engage with customers, identify their needs and match against the company's capabilities
  • Connect prospects with Sales and Solution Consulting Teams when needed and oversee the transition process
  • Maintain information on active campaigns and hot prospects in CRM
  • Take initiative and prioritize work effectively to deliver better business results
  • Lead and train the team and help colleagues develop their skills
  • Provide advice regarding corporate processes and ways to improve them

Requirements:

  • 3+ years with a record of successful engagements
  • Understanding of IT in general and software development business in particular
  • Ability to lead and train people
  • Education: BS or MS in business, marketing or related field
  • Language skills: English - Professional working/full professional proficiency
